Your attitudes and beliefs about money touch every aspect of your life. Money is one of the major areas for conflict in relationships. Many money beliefs trigger emotional reactions that heavily influence financial decisions. This workshop will help you explore your beliefs about money, how it works, and how some of your beliefs sabotage your life and relationships. This workshop will:
- Examine your life experiences that shape your relationship with money
- Explore new ways of relating to money
- Help learn more about family / relationship dynamics around money
- Explore your generational patterns around finances
- Create support systems and self-care around finances
- Identify and modify your beliefs and money scripts
- Recognize self-defeating money patterns and techniques to minimize them
- Explore trust issues around money
- Explore intimacy and infidelity issues around money
- Create a path to making healthier financial choices
- Explore how to break addictive and codependent patterns around money

Cost: $2,150 per person, includes food and lodging
